Camp Theme: Adelante! Experience the Past

Join us as we travel back in time to follow the bison and learn skills to maintain our homestead!  Experience the hands-on processes people in the past used to create everyday items. Campers will dive hands-first into history as they learn to make their own toys, obtain items without money, create light without electricity, cook without a stove, and build homes without nails.

*NOTE: The total estimated tuition will not reflect all of your qualifying discounts until a staff member has reviewed your registration and sent out a final invoice through a separate email. Your payment is not due at the time of registration.

Camp Theme: Full STEAM Ahead

From wagons to trains, telegraph to telephone, explore technology & engineering as it has evolved over the years!  Campers will “move” through history as they make pictures with just sun & chemicals, send messages without a phone, and print pages without electricity or computers. Let’s explore how people used Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math to survive and thrive throughout history!

Camp Theme: Colorado Changemakers

Have you ever seen the Meeker House and wondered what happened there? How do we learn about others and how changes are made? Every town and family has changemakers, so let’s explore the past and your present as we become historians. Campers will decide which stories we should share while we learn about local people who impacted well beyond the borders of Colorado.
